We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and in the same condition you received it

Free from signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Returned with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and protective materials

Items returned without original packaging or with signs of use may be refused or may result in a charge for refurbishment/repair necessary to restore to the watch.
Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hayeshorology@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return and photos of the item

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must use a tracked and fully insured shipping method. Hayes Horology Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non‑refundable
International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

These charges are not refundable by Hayes Horology Ltd.

Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control and do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
