Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unworn and in the same condition you received it

    • Free from signs of wear, alteration, or damage

    • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and protective materials

  • Items returned without original packaging or with signs of use may be refused or may result in a charge for refurbishment/repair necessary to restore to the watch.

Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hayeshorology@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return and photos of the item

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must use a tracked and fully insured shipping method. Hayes Horology Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non‑refundable

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • These charges are not refundable by Hayes Horology Ltd.

  • Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control and do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
