Guarantee

If a watch has been serviced then it will come with a 6 months parts and labour guarantee with a service card. Please note however, that the guarantee will be invalidated should the timepiece have been mistreated or tampered with.

 

A watch is a precision instruments and needs to be treated with obvious respect. Enjoy your treasured timepiece but avoid wearing them where it is likely they will be put at risk of knocks such as working out at the gym or playing sports.

 

Some of the watches may have originally been water resistant or say they are however due to their age we cannot guarantee this remains the case and the watch must be removed when bathing/ swimming etc. The guarantee will be invalidated should the watch be damaged through water penetration.

Understanding is required that vintage mechanical watches will never run to the same accuracy as a modern quartz watch and shouldn't be classed a valid reason to return a watch. This will never attain the same degree of accuracy as modern quartz watches.
