All shipments from Hayes Horology Ltd are fully insured for the value of the goods during transit.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Shipping times may be extended due to customs inspections or processing. Any delays caused by customs authorities are outside the control of Hayes Horology Ltd, and we cannot influence or expedite these procedures.

Shipping Policy - the basics

All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified of any significant delays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
This email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours. This usually includes expected tax to pay

We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting the carrier.

Fully insured (for purchase price) flat shipping rates are set:
- UK £20
- EU £30
- Rest of World £40
